About me

I live in North West London with my partner and two young children. Since becoming a mother, I've developed a passion for all things pregnancy, birth and parenting. After a career spanning 12 years in banking, I came to the decision it was time for a change. I wanted the freedom to spend more time with my family and pursue a more fulfilling path, supporting new parents in birthing and raising their children.

Leaving the corporate world behind has allowed me the time and space to focus on what really matters to me. Like many parents, my entire identity has shifted since having children and what I am doing now feels very natural. Whether it's a friend, a client or a stranger in a coffee shop, I can't resist talking about parenthood and all that comes with it. I love being able to support people through the myriad challenges that family life can bring.

I am qualified as an Antenatal and Postnatal Educator, and am FEDANT registered. I’ve volunteered with an organisation supporting postnatal women experiencing inequality and disadvantage. I am a registered facilitator of Circle of Security Parenting, which supports caregivers in fostering secure attachment with their children.

I endeavour to approach every person and circumstance free of judgement, and with empathy at my core. My aim is to empower parents with information to make decisions that are right for them, without projecting my own views or experiences.
